Transcription Keeper

Voice to text on iPhone. Live on the App Store.

Transcription Keeper turns your voice into text with one tap. Record, and the audio is transcribed when you stop. Share the text or the original audio file with anyone. Requires iOS 27.

Two ways to record

• Meeting — set a sensitivity threshold so silence is skipped and only speech is captured. Built for meetings, lectures and long conversations.
• PTT — hold the button to talk. Nothing is kept unless your finger is down, so you decide exactly what goes in.

Switch between them at the top of the screen. The mode picker is disabled while a take is running, so a recording can never be left going with no control on screen to stop it.

Sharing

Share Text sends the transcript. Share Audio sends the original recording as an m4a file. Both use the standard iOS share sheet, so anywhere you can send a file or a message will accept them.
