Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is in effect from the Effective Date and remains in effect in perpetuity, unless and until amended. Any amendments will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.

Who This Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to every iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and visionOS app created and distributed by Michael Lee Fluharty under the developer account associated with this site.

Information Collection and Use

We Do Not Collect Any Data

None of the apps listed here collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or analytics. The apps include no accounts, no sign-in, no third-party tracking SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no telemetry.

On-Device Storage

Some apps store data on your device — for example, bookmarks, journal entries, audio recordings, scanned documents, or playlists — so the app can do its job. That data lives only on your device (and in your iCloud account when iCloud sync is opt-in for that app, per Apple's standard CloudKit privacy guarantees). It is never sent to the developer or to any third party.

Third-Party Content

Some apps load content from public services such as GitHub, Apple Music, Apple Weather, and Apple Maps. When you use those services through the app, the relevant third party may collect information per its own privacy policy. The apps in this policy do not relay, store, or process your interactions with those services beyond what is required to display them.

Permissions

An app only requests a permission (camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, music library, etc.) when the feature you are using requires it. Each request comes with a usage description so you know what the data is for. Decline any request and the corresponding feature is unavailable; the rest of the app keeps working.

Feedback

Some apps include an optional "Send Feedback" button that composes an email to the developer using your device's email app. If you choose to send feedback:

• The email is composed locally on your device.
• Your device's operating system may append basic diagnostic information (app version, OS version, locale) at your discretion.
• You can review and edit the message before sending.
• No data is sent until you explicitly tap Send.
• Feedback is used only to improve the apps; it is not shared with third parties.

Children's Privacy

None of the apps in this policy collect information from anyone, including children under 13. The apps are suitable for all ages, except where the App Store rating indicates otherwise for content reasons.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Since the developer collects no data:

• There is no data the developer holds about you to access, modify, or delete.
• You can delete any app at any time to remove all app-related data from your device.
