Start a challenge

  1. Tap + at the top right of Home.
  2. Name the challenge, choose how many days it runs, and the day it starts.
  3. Under Daily routine, add each exercise and its daily goal, like 100 push-ups a day.
  4. Public is on by default: everyone with Rep Crew sees the challenge and its leaderboard. Turn Public off and only the crew you check or invite sees it.
  5. Tap Save.
A challenge of one is still a challenge. A personal goal shows on the leaderboards like any other.

What the crew can see

Rep Crew keeps your challenges and reps on your iPhone. To share with your crew, it uses Rep Crew's own space in Apple's iCloud. There is no other server.

Shared with the crewStays on your iPhone
Your first name, each challenge, today's total reps and streak, photos you post, and crew messages. For a public challenge, everyone with Rep Crew sees them.Your rep-by-rep log, your settings, and the list of people you blocked.

Rep Crew is a way to keep track of your own exercise. It is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, and stop if something hurts.
