OPerationsHOS is an AI proof-of-concept: architecture by ChatGPT (OpenAI), engineered by Claude (Anthropic). It's a personal operations console built on one universal record model (modules are filtered lenses, not separate apps), with SwiftUI shells tuned for iPhone, iPad, and native macOS. The shop manual walks the architecture top to bottom — record model, store, platform shells, service layer, widget bridge, export pipeline, and the full 2026 MAY 04 roadmap.
