Introduction

Claude's LockBox ("the App") is developed by Michael Lee Fluharty ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.

Information Collection and Use

We Do Not Collect Any Data

Claude's LockBox does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, or analytics. The App operates entirely on your device and does not communicate with any external servers.

Vault Data

All vault data — including cards, codes, photos, and notes — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your vault data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not uploaded to any servers
• Is not analyzed or processed by us
• Is only accessible after Face ID or device passcode authentication

Permissions

The App requests the following permissions to function:

Face ID / Biometric Authentication

Required to protect your vault. Biometric data is handled entirely by Apple's LocalAuthentication framework and is never accessible to the App. No biometric data is stored or transmitted by the App.

Camera Access

Optional. Used to scan documents and capture card photos using VisionKit and the device camera. Camera access is only used when you actively scan or photograph an item. No photos or videos are captured outside of this process.

Photos Access

Optional. Used to attach images from your photo library to vault items. Photos are stored locally within the App's SwiftData container and are never uploaded or transmitted.

Data Storage

All App data is stored locally on your device:

• Vault items are stored using Apple's SwiftData framework
• Images are stored as external data managed by SwiftData
• You have full control over your data by managing or deleting the App
• No data is synced to iCloud or any external service

Third-Party Services

Claude's LockBox does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not integrate with any external services or APIs.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is suitable for all ages.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect any data:

• There is no data to access, modify, or delete from our servers
• All your vault data is stored locally on your device
• You can delete the App at any time to remove all App-related data from your device

Security

Your vault is protected by Face ID or device passcode. All data stays on your device unless you explicitly share an item using the iOS share sheet. All document scanning and processing occurs locally using Apple's secure VisionKit framework.
